Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1‑2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Additional 1‑2 working days may be needed during holiday seasons or large promotional events.

• Canada: 7‑10 days
• Europe: 7‑15 days
• Rest of World: 7‑15 days

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days upon receipt of your order.
3. All returned items must be in brand‑new, unworn condition, free of scratches, wear marks, resizing or any alterations, with original tags and full packaging intact.
4. For all returns or exchanges, you must ship using a trackable shipping service. Returns sent without tracking information will not be processed.
5. Any promotional free gifts received with your order must be returned together with items. If promotional gifts are missing, the retail value of such gifts will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Please do not send returns to the delivery address printed on your package. This is not our return address and will delay your return processing.

Non‑Refundable & Non‑Exchangeable Items
1. Customized special‑order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Gift cards are non‑refundable.
4. Items without original tags, worn, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return and may be sent back to you at your own cost.
5. Replacement or exchanged items are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, approved refunds will be processed within 7‑10 working days and refunded back to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate payment accounts.

Damaged or Defective Items
Manufacturing defects must be notified within 24‑48 hours after delivery. Please email umijewelleryltd@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect. We will reply within 2 working days to arrange replacement solutions.

Order Cancellation
Orders start processing right after submission.
Cancellation requests are accepted free of charge within 24 hours after order placement, before processing or shipment has started.
Once order processing or shipment has begun, cancellation will no longer be available. Should you change your mind after this point, you may follow our return policy after receiving your parcel.

One‑Year Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a one‑year warranty against manufacturing defects on our jewelry. The warranty will become void if the item has been subject to misuse or altered by any unauthorized party.

Our quality‑control team carefully inspects every piece before shipping. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at umijewelleryltd@gmail.com to resolve the issue. Please provide your order number and relevant photos for faster support.

Please note:
1. We reserve the right to void the warranty for items showing modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal daily wear, as judged by our jewelry specialists.
2. We are not liable for lost or stolen jewelry.
3. For warranty repairs, the customer covers return shipping cost to send the item back to us.
4. For size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for both‑way shipping fees.
5. All return & exchange requests must contact our team first to obtain the correct return address.
6. All returned packages must be shipped with trackable shipping service. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
