Shipping policy
All UMI orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum‑order value required.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries and territories supported by Shopify and our partnered carriers. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout and may be subject to carrier restrictions, local regulations, sanctions or border‑control changes.
APO / FPO / DPO addresses, US territories and freight‑forwarding addresses may require special arrangements. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take an additional 1‑2 working days during holiday seasons or large promotional events.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
Unless duties and import taxes are explicitly included at checkout, the recipient shall be responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs‑clearance fees. Customs‑processing delays are beyond our control.
Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order ships. Tracking data may take up to 48 hours to display shipment updates.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery date according to tracking, or your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with your order number. Visible shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please reach out within 7 days so we can assist you with a carrier investigation.
