All UMI orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order value required.
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to most countries and territories, with delivery handled by our trusted international carriers. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.
APO / FPO / DPO addresses, US territories and freight-forwarding addresses may require special arrangements. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take an additional 1-2 working days during holiday seasons or large promotional events.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may be affected by destination-country conditions, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather, local events and border restrictions.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Unless duties and import taxes are explicitly included at checkout, the recipient shall be responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs-clearance fees. Customs-processing delays are beyond our control.
Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking data may take up to 48 hours to display shipment updates.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery date according to tracking, or your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with your order number. Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please reach out within 7 days so we can assist you with a carrier investigation.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our international fulfillment centers. Please note this is international shipping. Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance in your country.
Import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country and are the customer's responsibility.
